Default Best location to add oil filter?

What is the best place to add an oil filter on the rc4wd 360L excavator?
There are two return lines and pump intake as show on the diagram. There are two return lines and one intake to pump. I was thinking intake?

What would be the best location?

Thanks! Tom

Default Re: Best location to add oil filter?

On the intake could affect pump suction. I have airplane fuel filters on each return line.
