Default Re: hyster containerstacker

this little puppy is gooing to have a rebuild.
It got side tracked becouse I didn't get stability in the front tyres. even with filling them with wood. and I had trouble getting a servocable wired trough the mast.
also the tractor tyres where a pain in the *** to me.
the original has "trucktyres" front and rear the same size, but at the front a double set.

but. this one is build to stand level with odd size tyre's the front will get smaller.. the rear will get bigger.
shifting the rear axle is not a hugh problem.
the smaller front tyre's are going to cause some trouble. the one now is a 115mm diameter. the newone will be 100mm. the mast now sits about 10mm off the ground.
so there is goint to be some work.
just havent figgured out if the mast is gooing to sit higher of the axle lower.
also the way the mast is tilted is a simple rotating wheel and a rod. that system gives a hugh way of "play" that is going to be changed as well.

the picture's will follow soon. the plan is to have all the problems fixed in march 2018.
