Wow! That seems to be a lighting quick build! Your hands and mind don't sit idle for long at all, do they? I'm watching, and looking forward to this one!

Thanks for all the comments guys

D8R Your right Dan, I am running four motors, not so scale but very good power..

Flyingbeagle That's tracksandtreadslou ( Lou ) 966 in the background, nice to have a model of similuar size to look at from time-to-time to use as a reference when building..

Jammer The bucket is 11 inches when dumping when the boom is all the way up, lots of height..

MPE Thanks for the tires, I think they will work great on this machine...

Looks smooth Greg.

Are you mixing the drive motors (proportionate to the steer input) as you turn or just running them all together? My skidder would "chew" at the ground if the turned tight and had the throttle working. Just curious.

Very nice! It's got fantastic reach! That's a pretty tall dump trailer too.

Well done Greg, very well done!
I'd say the characteristics of your lift height & radius of your bucket travel is much greater than that of my Stahl loader.. the quality of your selfmade models is a step above anything I buy from the marketplace. Congratulations on another skillfully built model to your fleet.

What radio you using with this loader? Robot Marketplace has some reasonably price forward only esc's that are very small in stature that work great for the Leimbach pump.

Thank you for all your interest in my CAT 980 build. I am very happy with the first test run, as far as operator smooth operation, WELL it was my first time and at times there was confusion on what function I should be doing.. The belly dump trailer is 11 inches tall and that is the same height as when the bucket is fully dumped..

Snowchaser - all the drive motors are hooked to the same speed control, maybe lower torque motors I am using make for less binding..

Joe - Thanks for your kind words, I find building is a joy its fun trying to figure things out.. But with all the great folks and information on this thread it makes things so much easier... I will take your advice and put a speed control on the pump and mix the speed with the radio..
