Where can i purchase hydraulic lines for excavator in US? Im going to replace a line, Im sure im going to need to bleed the line then connect it to the cylinder. How do I make sure there is no air in the cylinder?

The guy you got it from, surely he has some extra hose? ...and you'll be sure to get the correct diameter too!

This is probably the biggest downside in these china RTR models, in an European kit requiring assembly, there is always extra little bits like nuts & bolts & hose left after assembly.

No worries about bleeding air from double acting cylinders, you have pressure on both sides of piston to squeeze the air out. A single acting cyl however, as in a telescoping trk hoist from wdc or SA, there is a procedure to follow to get the air out so the cyl extends & retracts smoothly.

I received bunch of nuts and bolts as well as various elbow fittings but unfortunately no tube. I did some research and it's PA11 nylon tube. You can also use PA12 nylon tube. Commonly known as nylon 11 or nylon 12.

So when I replace that tube going from the valve to one of the cylinders, the air is bleeded out automatically because it has pressure on both sides of the piston? Do I need to do anything else except make sure the new hose has fluid inside and try my best to not introduce air in the system?

Mcmaster-Carr
This is what I have been using with pressure up to 350psi.

I just received mine yesterday from Amazon. Com I wasn't sure if the one I got can handle the pressure. So i tried it out last night and it worked out well! So it's called nylon 12.
