Could be Wayne. I was generalizing. I spoke with Ric about a week ago and he just said he was on vacation in Colorado and would be "back home in a week or so".

So that he has not replied to my emails over the last 3 weeks, I am waiting on the metel bullbar which I last herd was on back order.

In the past when I ordered parts - it wasn't until parts were ready to ship that I heard from him. We get an automatic reply from a computer when an order is placed (online).

I'd like to respond by saying I don't understand Ric, and my intent is not to "flame" him.


Let me sum up my thoughts, and my thoughts only, about Ric. He has some really awesome stuff, a great website, but he's terrible when it comes to customer service. Whether it's an unreturned call, or email, each represents potential $$.

Return customers maintain stability of a business, while potential customers represent its growth. Maybe he's at a volume of business he's comfortable with, and doesn't feel a need to grow.

In my book there's absolutely no excuse for not returning calls or emails, even if it isn't as quick as someone would like.

I sent him an email on 12/27 that is still unanswered. Maybe his blew up, or emails accidentally were deleted. But based on this thread, I'm sure mine isn't an isolated event.

Buddy of mine recently ordered some fenders and got them a week later...
