Glad you guys liked it. Sometimes we get to see some interesting stuff. Unfortunately most of those moments never get caught on film.
 The glory days of fishing for us are long over it seems and I wish I had some video of those times. While we were having incredible fishing years ago we didn't have the time to video or the quality cameras to take it like today. I could have some really great memories on film if I had a GoPro 15-20 years ago ... Oh and some more fishing video too! Here's one from last month. In my entire time on the water I have never seen this many whales at one time. The video was taken two mornings in a row. Thanks for the videos Reg, good stuff, I sent a link to the page to my daughter who has seen your videos before, she said wants to catch a ride on the boat cuz she likes all the neat things you see. I'm not sure if she knows how far it is out there.

Been away working this last week. The first day we fished there was a ton of jellyfish in the area. In my years on the water I have never seen anything like this before. Last year we had sail jellyfish everywhere and this year it is the underwater type. I'm not sure what species these are but they were thick like this for miles. I think the ocean is in trouble! We also saw a Laysan albatross. I don't think they are rare but we had never seen one before. Usually we only see the black footed albatross when we are fishing.

It was good. We had a mechanical problem that brought us in quicker than we had planned but the time we put in was quite good. I was happy to be out of the shop for a bit although it is always nice to be at home. Back to the grind tomorrow...
