Default powering a liebherr lr1750

first post here, great reading and looking forward to some good info.
im triying to power up a 1/50 scale libherr LR1750. it has been done before as you can find them on utube. anyone out there that can point me in the right direction? looks like internal motors are used on the winch drums but im not sure how and where to get these. i do quite a bit of scratch building but have not gotten into R/C other than a hele and a blizzard snow cat. thanks in advance. Mike
