I too an new to Arduino and just finding my feet so to speak.
I dont have any hydraulic equipment yet however I plan to develop the same type of system for telemetry.

many thanks
How freaky!
That would be great, I think 2 heads will certainly be better than 1, I can't see it being easy.
I have found the code for sending the data via the s-port to a Taranis so thats a start.
I'll let you know when my parts arrive and I can start assembling the H/W side of things and look forward to working together on it.

Cheers

Hi All

More work on progressing the yard project much to the happiness of the staff they were getting hacked off with the lack of racking space.
The cheek of it get them a new fork lift and they want the world.

So a spot of thinking an measuing with the new forks lift to ensure all will work

Plywood supplies you would not believe the cost of it in the UK that sheet 5mm thick half of an 8 by 4 foot sheet (metric NON STRUCTURAL HARDWOOD PLYWOOD 5.5 X 607 X 2440MM) is £12.99 or $16

More to follow

Hi All

Happy New Year

Its been very busy here lots of jobs to get out and repair to friends RC items and or course the 4 letter word WORK.
So just thought i would post some items as way of an update.

Now have a 6040 CNC machine and i'am finding the learning curve quite steep however progress is being made a big plus is I already had a half decent grip on fusion 360 form a modeling perspective due to using it with my 3D printer however CAM is a whole new experience

First up a heavy Haulage mount for a Tamiya MAN truck

CAD in Fusion

A few attempts at cutting it out some much to learn

So after a few CAM mistakes the result is not to bad for a first attempt.
