What time on Friday? Also, looking at map of fairgrounds shows parking some distance away. Wil we be allowed to at least drive to building for loading/unloading? Looking forward to the meet.

We should be set-up and ready by approximately 11:00am on Friday and run all day and late evening.
Regards to parking, there are acres of parking DIRECTLY at the building and in addition, grass CAMPING sites (electrical hook-up $30/night or FREE with no hook-ups)) near the building.

Thanks for info. I am looking forward to the event. Not sure I will be able to stay through Sunday, but will be there Friday afternoon and Saturday.
