Default What Scale?

My local TSC Store has quiete a few 1:50 Scale's, but I want to know if it's good enough to add the motors to make them RC? What scale would you recommend?
Thanks, I'm new.

But I would like a bigger scale, does anyone know where I can find bigger scales? And I don't want like really $$$ ones.

Lots of guys here have converted the 1/16 Bruder toys, they are not expensive either. Look up some of SmallHaul's builds.

Thanks! I checked out Bruder Products! They are very cheap, and I watched some videos of them in action.
