Default Futaba FC 16 Multi-Proportional Decoder AND SOUND SYSTEM

I have Robbe Futaba FC 16 and it has multi unit on it.

I want to buy a multi decoder for my truck, but many of my friends use ROBBE 8042 Multi-Switch 8 Decoder that is crayz expensive. I want to use Futaba MPDX-1 Multi-Proportional Decoder 8-Channel Are they same ?

Did any body use any of them or have any idea ?

2. question is : I have graupner sound system on my truck I want to buy multi for it. Is it posibble to use sound system without multi I have 8 available chanell and 4 of them empty . Know that sound need 2 or 3 channel in the decoder. If it is posibble to use sound without multi it will be perfect for me

I wait all creative answers or electrical schemas
