I am thinking black with a red roof. I don't have the equipment or place to paint it right now with the cold weather so, I might look for someone to paint it for me to get it done sooner.

Is that what you used the 1.5 alum. for ? If so thats perfect for scale tires and rims for the step decks and low-boys

Yes, 1.5" bar is what I used and it works great. The outside diameter is about 1.4" when done.

Great job on the rims and truck so far. Is that a Sherline lathe? I need to get a lathe of some sort.

I'm not up on truck models other then the semis, so if you don't mind what was the donor for the frames, diffs, axles, etc?

I think you should build a tag trailer and pull your Bruder track loader. I think they would fit well together. Thanks.

Thank You. Yes, it is a Sherline lathe. The transmission & axles are from a venom mini giant truck (1/16 scale) and the rest is made out of various aluminum stock.
