360L hydraulics question

There is an adjustable valve that appears to feed high pressure fluid to the other side of the triple valve block on this model.

What is this for? How should it be adjusted?

This is separate from the adjustable pressure relief valve which is disguised as some sort of air intake or other structure on the topside of the excavator.
