Default Knight Hauler 2

Been dong this for a while, I got the cab and chassis from travis a while ago and when I finally got my hands on it I raised the cab, added some wedico rear tail lights rear guards and a few weeks ago made the front bumper at tafe and bug deflector, still plenty more to do.

Tank mounts and tanks fitted now she is starting to look like a truck again

And while it was apart the rear shocks got extra springs to stiffen the height and raise it a little

My daycab looking like a truck after a few days of sorting out the electrics and other things and making my version of a ballrace turn table.
The rear tail lights were a pain as I had to remove the dove tail section and make the hole on the light bracket 6mm and then feed the four leds through along with the heat shrink on each side, then feed the wires under the turn table and through the chassis.
Still need to finish a few things and it will be finished along with a part from

Here is todays work, fitted the deans extention lead and while I was at it changed the MFU connector to deans plug, it was a little fiddley shuffling the extention lead to fit the dean but worth the time it took..
Looks way better and to charge the battery I just have to use the adaptor cable.
Next is to see if I can drop the battery tray 1-2mm to try and sit the battery a little lower......

Now to tidy the wires on the motor / battery side on the MFU

Cheers Tracy

Last night I made the spot light with adjustable mount, I was thinking of using brass then I remembered I had off cuts of K&S stainless steel and tin plate and it looks better than the brass once painted......

She has a neme and plates on her
On the back of the cab there's a servo cable that is for the trailers beacons and the air hoses are fitted with computers spacers so they can be removed
