OK so ya need a legend :p

S&F = speeds and feeds
DOC = depth of cut

Greatly depends on the endmill. If its a short stubby and well supported you're probably on the slow side. I've played with some small bits before and even my 10k rpm spindle is too slow

Been there done that. Just hold them the wrong way and they break.

I've gotten some small mills from Harvey tool, seem to have a failry large selection and you can get the minimum length of cut that you need to get the strongest possible. Mari has good stuff too.

Whats you're Axial engagement? if that is tiny, can probably up the DOC a bit

Coolant or dry and what material? DOC and s&f don't sound to bad.

I run 90deg single flute engravers with .005 tip to depth of .010" to .015" at 10k rpm and 15ipm feed, 30ipm plunge in 6061 if that helps at all
