Dunno dd, i thought it was just an old Plowin' Tractor, somehow thought those crawler motors were for bogging deep and turning...

If the Oring idea doesn't work out, you might be able to build up something like a bushing with Heatshrink tubing.

I thought the "Bag of Misfit Parts' were to go with the "ghosts of projects future". Todays project doesn't need a 'Dr Seuss differential' with 7 pinions and 3 wheels, but who knows what might later?...

It was finally time to get the chassis moved off the mockup axles. Decided it needed some wpl 'potmetal' axles, and might as well get a set of brass Differentials instead of the steel Spools those...

With your growing lack of tolerance for fighting the printed part tolerances: What if you rough assembled the axle guts, moderately warmed them with a heatgun, and tried to close the axle case halves...

I get that forum software is old, I'm not pushing for changing that. I've been on boards that were horribly broken or completely erased from bad software changes. Even when it goes well, things break...

My Yale hasn't had much love other than some grime-wash weathering, mostly wheels, forks, and floorboard. Forktrucks just tend to get fairly gross over time.
