I think i have seen someone use the tracks from a bruder excavator. It looks like thats what bruder is going to use on their new model of this dozer. You thinking you want to make it push dirt? :D...

anyone else think the drive sprocket looks like it might have slippage issues when converted to rc? the tracks look like the same ones on the excavator but the sprocket doesnt look the same. i wonder...

yeah, i was thinking about running the motor straight to the threaded rod and a nut to the piece trying to move.

so finding the right motor/rod combo will be the trick. I will be looking into...
