Actually, if you wire the led's in series, using led's of equal voltage and currant values, add them up, use the internet sites that do the math for you,
you will find it to be very easy.

Search for torsion bars with no pre-load. We used them to build custom machines. They twist under load and last forever.

I have used it. Not quite chrome but very close. I would buy the small bottle online (google) first and use gloss black for the base from a rattle can. Works best.

The high gloss black base and spray chrome straight from the bottle sounds like this is the Alclad system.
