thanks for the link Greg, I wasn't sure how strong a servo would be, but with the that gearing setup, i can imagine, very strong!

Bolted all the bits on… I’ll let the pictures do the talking!

Rear flap bolted onto the rear bucket, even this has bearings fitted in the hinge
