Hi All

So now at the company we have Fork lift / load some pallets rack and loads we need a flat bed to load them on too.
My Trailer was a box so q quick conversion was in order.



Strip down required top box removed





Deck boards are coffee stirrers and the cross beams are candy floss sticks thus making this a nice lo cost job.







Some spray varnish will be used to protect the surface




I needed a head board so a quick look through the scrap bin I found a suitable piece of steel quick cad sketch adn a print later and we have a temporary head board.



This has all been dome with out damaging the original box or mounts this it can be changes back into a box trailer by just removing the headboard and reinstalling the box.
