Maybe - Be sure when using PayPal that you are ordering with the same e-mail
For example I ordered a part and had a PayPal error The website I was ordering from our account was listed to the wife's e-mail which is different than the e-mail tied to the PayPal account Only ever had issues with that one vendor - all others ok

You are correct, Paypal will not work for a click and buy option from Scaleart unless you live in Germany or in Europe somewhere. The same thing happens when you try to order from AFV. Just email them the part number and they will get back to you very fast with a quote and a paypal invoice if you decide to buy.
