I have used the wedico plastic diffs, the Tamiya semi diff or just a straight motor gear-reduced motor setup. for that size of a tractor, I would used a small 3s lipo for space conservation. Keep in mind the radio gear (esc, battery, servo) most of that is gonna have to fit in the cab because e that body is too narrow for much else.
