Are there any loose pulleys, check out the setscrew and make sure use Loctite blue 242.
I have changed to chains rather using the small belt and had a loose set screw in the sprocket on the gear motor drive output even using Loctite 242. There are any teeth left on the pulley? Take the side of with the chain assembly off which not working properly and see if its move freely on the floor Last edited by Actros4160; 04-03-2014 at 09:02 PM. |

Take the chain assembly off, which is not working properly and see if its move freely on the floor. You can also use light bulbs on the motor output on the electronic board and see if it works properly, I have done something like that on my board because I had issues with my old radio which was too old for the control of the excavator. I am using Servonaut zwo4 and it works great. The light bulbs will light when you move the the stick on the radio. Use JR plugs with cable solder the bulbs to it. Connect them like the drive to the control board which works great. One other think comes to my mind could you have an issue with part 32396 (cable feed through) |
