Interesting videos steve-I was wondering how this model would push since you don't have much area in contact with the ground. Looks like it works fine. I have watched a lot of video of the silver spade with a wheel dozer working underneath it and they never do any heavy pushing, just clean-up work, like you were doing with the dragline. Looks like a very successful and well handling machine.

TY, Tom , that's what they're designed for . No heavy pushing , just knocking piles off in a fill . IE , dump truck dumps , compactor with blade spreads and compacts .

That is great, It makes short work of the piles thats for sure. I have had one of these on a project spreading and compacting lifts from the scrapers while constructing a rail yard. One machine kept up with 5 scrapers with no problem and we never had any issues getting our densities.
