Well, if you want an advice, give them a black wash first,then after drying,a bit of brown (the shade depends on what kind of mud or soil in the terrain, such as: desert,central Europe,Russian front..) Highlight with dry silver,or in your case just fine sand paper.

Have to say I really like your tank. I grew up building military models in the early 60's, when RC was reserved for those with a lot of disposable cash, and they were usually aircraft or boats.
Even at $400 it's a great deal, considering what you get. Thanks to you, I've been bitten by the bug! I'm still undecided on what to buy, but I'm thinking about something in metal, equipped with IR. |
