I've been using 'office' desks for yrs in my house & I elected to go with the same height in my workshop... which I actually started building today, take pics tomorrow.
Height is 30" & depth 33". I have two different adjustable height stools that will great for this height. A lot of these construction models I seem to be looking/working down & inside of them, so I think this lower height is the better choice for me.

I think I'll go with 36" deep but still not sure on height. I'll have to do some more measuring.
