Went and had another look and took a bit of a gamble, cut the original lenses in half, took most of the side down to about 1mm and they fit well quite well, I'm happy with them and they have the glass look so that is a bonus.

Hi...
Looks nice, but I think there might be a problem. The lights do not have a hole, the LED might produce a round spotlight, thelight will not fill out the square room of the case. In my opinion you should give the lights a bit more depth so that the LED can lighten the complete room so that it really looks like square lights. Maybe I'm wrong... Let's how it looks like if the first LED is shining.
