I have one of those trans in my black dump truck and he is right they are a pain to shift I am using a hitec 645MG to shift it. If it wasn't for getting it in a trade I wouldn't have it. A tamiya three speed with an AXIAL trans connected to it for a transfer case is cheaper and just as good in my opinion.

i make the standard tractor 3 speed into a 4x4 tranny

i put full bearings in them too
