Default Yet another King Hauler W900 Aerodyne Build

Hello All,

This my first official thread posting since joining the forum three years ago. I would like to share what I'm currently working and it's actually a 2.0 build as I wasn't pleased with the outcome of the first W900 Aerodyne build. Attached are pic's of the project nearing completion and pic's of the first build. I will post as many build pics as possible when completed.

Feed back please.

Hazman are you making your aerodyne sleeper tops? Or did some one build the tops for you? I'm only asking because I would love one.

I made the top using. .060 gage styrene....I'll post my mock up pic's later tomorrow as I'm sure alot of you like myself wanted to do this mod to atleast one of our King Haulers. There was a guy that did a long sleeper globeliner build that showed a scratch built aerodyn roof and I knew that I should try it some day.

Here's a link to a slideshow including the roof build and some of my other trucks. I will update more pic's when W900 Aerodyne 2.0 is complete.

Enjoy.

Finally....My 2.0 w900 King Hauler Aerodyne has paint. I really like this build compared to my previous build. My only issue is whether to keep big blue "Blue" or add the Grand Hauler decals. I pulled some of the decals from the previous build to get a perspective as this shade of blue is darker.

I've seen some pretty cool paint jobs on this site so please forgive me for being conservative with my paint scheme.
