Thanks guys, I just used the drill for demo purpose. Once the garage is assembled I'm just going to drill a hole in the side wall so I can use a screwdriver to roll the door up. Or maybe a little hand crank.
To close just have to pull it down by hand.The main reason for the doors is to try and keep leaves, squirrels and anything else out of the garage when not in use.
I could easily get carried away and install a servo to run the door with switches to activate when you pull up but I keep reminding myself to keep things simple and full time outdoor friendly........ Manual operation is fine with me.
