Kenworth. The trouble is I need to find or have custom-made a Kenworth cab to fit nicely.

Besides, I only speak English, not German.
I emailed Cowboy personally and I will wait to see what he thinks.

Thanks for your help all the same, Mr. R.

I did find this nice Mack cab Tamiya based mixer on YouTube with a trick working Bruder cement barrel that was doctored with custom electronics. I just need that sweet KW cab and some tech tips on making such a build.

I am now convinced RC cement mixers can be built without a "rocket science degree".

Is there a good book on scale RC truck/construction/garden truck building and operating for the serious discriminating hobbyist that could be recommended for reading?

Jammer, I never figured this hobby would be cheap like collecting shells off the beach!

One of the variable's that no one has mentioned is that the technology is here now that you can print out what body you want in our own home's. Sanding and body work is still involved. Yes there will be a 2 to 5 thousand dollar investment for a printer and all the components and programs that will be needed. Company's are not going to waste there time and money on a low demand product when you can do it yourself for cheaper. There are people making good RC Products from a printer from home Depot and a laptop.

In conclusion a small investment, and print all the trucks that don't exist that your hearts desires. And frustration gone.!

I've seen a few...

http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/sho...t=cement+mixer

http://www.scale4x4rc.org/forums/sho...hlight=oshkosh

Going by all the custom cabs everyone does, that should be the easy part. Building a drum that spins true seems like the bigger issue, plus all the troughs and other parts.
