Well, what is it you want exactly ....2 1/2" stroke or overall length? 1/4" bore? or is it outward dimensions you refer to? I gave you the metric conversion above, if you were looking purchasing overseas of model specific made hydraulics.

The one in the link is only 1" stroke & a 5/16 bore will make it more likely 3/8 OD barrel & that collar on one end is probably 1/2" OD

Plus you're gonna have to fabricate your own pin bores ends to attach the cylinder on your loader arms.
