Default Re: Morpower 3 way valve

Hey Bigford thanks for the link..so you have a triple morpower block?. there is not allot of mechanics, the valve is pretty simple..I can't figure out why the oil is coming out both lines as soon as I turn the pump on...I didn't nic the rings...even when I turn the screw on the bottom tight for no flow I am still getting oil out both lines..?? Albeit less but should be 0! I tested the 3rd port and with the valve centered in neutral there is no flow...which when rotating the valve works as supposed too, same as on number 1 port...I am perplexed? I emailed morpower again...

If I was you I would replace all the O rings in the valve there is something leaking by. I have 2 of these valves but never used them yet. Maybe the O rings are the wrong material for oil use, the O rings could be the wrong size and letting oil go buy also the oil your using could be eating up or softening up the O rings. There are to many variables with out seeing the valve. Let me ask you this did the valve ever work right or was it likeb this from the start?? Ed
