I know exactly what you mean by a lot of work. It took two days but I managed it, and the end result was very satisfying lol. I'm working on leds now. Have you ever taken the top off of the cab before? Ive been trying to figure it out for the longest.

Rob, what type of motors, transmission/gear box, axle, and batteries did you use? Also what is the average run time of your 9620rx?

I am using a 55T motor with a 9t pinion coupled to a r2 tranny. The only space i had was for a 1250mAh 11.1 lipo. I need to take it apart and change the rear diff out to the new diff i bought. When i do, i will take some pic, may do i this wknd. I dont have an accurate run time yet, but all that weight shortens the run time on a hard surface. Haven't tried on carpet, kinda don't want to on carpet, because of the tracks. they are probably gonna throw and slip while driving on carpet as did on my combine. the slippage can be fixed by inserting rods in the spokes of the drive wheels.....just haven't done that yet.
