Wedico finally released an update. https://www.wedico.de/news/
"WEDICO has assembled the first pre-production model from original parts and is very satisfied with the result. Another model is being assembled and sent to CATERPILLAR for final approval. Assuming that there are no problems with the release, we expect the delivery of the model in 8-10 weeks.
