I have a magom cylinder on my truck now and it is very inconsistent. Sometimes it wont lift at all, Other times it will not extend to its full stroke. Everything looks good on the inside, not sure what to do at this point.

Often when a cylinder is not consistent , it is air in the system. It can be trapped and cylinder needs to be purged. Or there can be a crack in a line or tank low on oil. If you saw no apparent internal problem, check the rest of the system.
