That's interesting, and idea what the problem was?

After this post had several hundred views and no replies, i picked one up. I've seen them in background of several workshop shots of builders i respect. All the reviews were pretty good.

So far, I've had good luck with it. The setup menus take a while to get used to, cancel to accept changes, ok to cancel. I haven't done the throttle stick change since i can't get banggood to take my money. It's just running a stationary Dragline crane for me.

The 2 of 3 gear trans problem sounds like you need to play with endpoint adjustments. If the radio you actually like won't do it, check out a "servo stretcher" it goes between the rx and shift servo.

It's still scale, and i play fairly well with others, most of the time...

The DX4 throws from 1st directly to 3rd. When I set end points, it will do 1st, & 2nd, OR 2nd, & 3rd, I can't precisely control it so it will do all 3 gear shifts. IDK if there is a way to make it work, if there is, I'm all ears. I LOVE my DX4, & would like to NOT have to buy a new radio.

I didn't mod the FS-I6, I just put throttle on the right stick up & down & steering on the right stick left-right.
