It's a little difficult to measure when it's in one piece. I'll try to measure it for you the next time I have it dismantled.

I think I would actually use motors with a little higher RPM. I chose 24rpm because I was afraid the steering would be bad if the motor wasn't powerful enough, but the motors are more than powerful enough and the loader is a little bit slow with 24rpm motors. Maybe 32rpm or something like that is a better fit for this model.
