Winch set up?

I've ran up to 4 gear motors on a single ESC unit. They were drive motors. 2 were wire correctly, while the other 2 were reversed polarity. That gave me the ability to have 4 wheel drive, & each wheel had it's own motor.

You'd need a radio with at least 3 channels, one fir steering, another for fwd/rev, and the third to operate the auxiliary motor you're talking about.
