Duh!!! Guess I should have reread your initial posts - Yes, you are using servos and Yes it is patterned after a Clark transmission.

Yes, I know about that rework stuff. My Payhauler had a 2:1 motor reduction so top speed matched the prototype. I have three speeds, real one had 7 speeds. I was short on power when bed was full of dirt, so changed to 3:1 - made a huge difference in low end power and seldom need the top end speed anyway, so all is good.
Do you have any in-process pictures of the u-joints you fabricated? Great job with them. Ken
