NRS91. No, it's the first gear 13T gear with 300+ hours of runtime. still worked fine, I discovered the wear when I did maintenance. Figured it was time to replace before mayhem occurred. The gears have different pressure angles also, go figure. one has 14.5 degrees and the other has 20 degrees, Soft aluminum, and Glass fiber reinforced nylon. not the best combination I've seen.

That gear also holds the input gear that runs against the pinion doesnt it?

Change the wheels and move the support legs back a bit.

I have the fifth wheel mounted forward for a better center of gravity and steering.
