Ok .... I started on the drive wheels, I used the same method that I used on the Delta loader. I drilled and tapped a3mm hole in a 3/16 nut then screwed them onto the shaft of the drive wheels. this seems to work pretty well. This time instead of grinding and filing down the axle shafts I put a wrap of aluminum tape on it to take up some of the slack in the aluminum tubing. Grinding them down worked but left them pretty thin so I'm trying this method this time.
