Nice model, like your way of testing the design in wood(?) before doing the parts in brass. What program do you use for the drawings?

@Mog: Thanx. It´s still a very long way to go...

@Dan: The material is a kind of plastic. It´s called polystirene (...i think. Once aigain english is not my mother language )
The advantage is that you can mill with higher speed and the sheets itself are 1/10 of the price of brass. So it doesn´t hurt that much if you do a part over and over again. When you fix it with the right glue, it´s almost impossible to break the bond.

The pics ahead are from Nemetschek Allplan I use at work. My CNC Mill runs with megaNC http://www.4cam.de/index.php?meganc . It combines CAD and CAM.
