I see in one of FGD builds, an aluminium cross member. Maybe you should wait for this to come on the market I have two builds on hold waiting for some of the stuff out there.....

Thanks Ed, unfortunately I don't live anywhere near Texas but at least you've given me an idea of what to look for.

I'll give micro fasteners a look, thanks Spudd.

Juganought, My build will have decking on the rails so won't even see the cross members, don't think it would be worth it in my case. Part of my build is already on hold till I get some parts, I'm trying to get this project off the ground! I suppose patience is a virtue...
