Really?
![]() ![]() Ok, I saw Forza, I had it on the old Xbox. I heard MW2 was better than Black Ops, but those are pretty much THE games. ![]() |

yea, i thought they were glued there lol. Make shure you are using a square and or ruler (metal) when you are cutting.
They bolth have their strong points, mw2 has better detailing/graphics but black ops has better small maps (mw2 maps are all big) than mw2.

Here's an update:
Cut down the size of the panel braces with a dremel, to make room for the piece holding the rear panel together. BEFORE ![]() ![]() ![]() AFTER On side sanded: ![]() Both sides sanded: ![]() ![]() ![]() Chopped the rear panel, and will fill it soon(HOW?!). ![]() Believe me, it's an extremely tight fit. ![]() ![]() More to come soon! What are my options for filling that gap? Thanks guys! ![]() |

cut a strip of styrene that is the right width, then make a backer plate for the back of the whole part to stiffen it up

This is looking good so far. The best thing when I cut pieces off of a cab that I have found to use is upholstery thread. It is very strong and will cut right through the pieces and you can work it right where you want it.

Thanks guys! Should I use some filler with it? I know you're all about the filler Arioch.
![]() Thanks for the video Matt, I would never have expected that! ![]() And, I guess for a less tight fit, I sand the edges right? More to come soon, the weekend if not sooner. |

I use automotive Fiberglass filler. The kind that has fiberglass woven in it. After I knock that down, I use some glazing putty and then finish it off with some of the squadron white stuff. I am pleased with how well my Coronado is turning out and I used these three types of filler for it.

Matt be careful with that squadron putty, the stuff really is crap. It shrinks and cracks, Not good stuff.
Just a hint. ~Mike~

Squad puddy/Real Bondo or Bondo Glaze puddy/Tamiya puddy ALL 100% junk you will not be happy in a year or 2 when it shrinks and all you body work shows. Treat it like a real car fill that strip in with a strip of plastic sand it down then use Evercoat metal glaze puddy 'don't let the name throw you" or Evercoats all purpose glaze this stuff will never shrink it is made not to and is made to handle bitter cold and extrem hot.
Remember if it say Bondo in its name keeeeeeeep walking..

![]() I really appreciate the suggestions guys! ![]() ![]() Well, here's an update! ![]() Cut out a piece of styrene, and used some of that glue to melt the plastic pieces together! ![]() ![]() I picked a piece with a rivet that matches the others. ![]() ![]() A few holes here and there, but that's what the putties for right? ![]() ![]() ![]() That's it for now! Thanks for following this build guys! ![]() Oh, and IT SNOWED HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 76 YEARS!!! More to come soon! ![]() Catch ya on the flip side. ![]() |

You can also fill the holes with plastic. Cut thin slices, insert them, use your MEK to melt, harden, cut off excess, sand, then glaze and sand.
