Do you have a lot of work to do to repair the boom?

One boom section broke into 2 pieces. I think it's relatively easy to repair. The lower section of the mast is completely destroyed.
The mast was lighter (smaler) than the boom. The failure started on that location where the hoist rope passes through the mast. There is a big diamond shaped hole.

I've made a new spreaderbar (the old one had nearly 500gr) and changed the chains so the drag chains are longer now. Steve, what do you think, is it ok now?
I also weighted the bucket. It's 2,3Kg now. I haven't weight it before but I was told it has 4Kg. So, I would say alot of saving
