Just awesome work on this Steve. Looking great!!

What specific flux are you using on the alum?...was thinking about giving this a try...but not a welder. How hot we talking...do I need real tanks and torch or something that could be done lower heat like w/ little coleman propane torch?

thanks Joe B. , On the thin sheet a little propane will work but .125 and up gota use some heat . I got alumna flux at the hardware store made by forney and thought I give it a shot . you just got to watch the heat on the sheet , you'll warp it just like steal . It's hard for me to explain how , since I do it by feel . I only messed with it on some scrap , so we'll see how I do on the truck
