Gonna have a go at it myself first...Eeekkkk!!!
 Been in touch with Tim, he is gonna make one for 540-MAN over in Perth, He's gonna let me know how it comes out, might ask him to do mine if I stuff it up!!  Paul

Hi Chris,
Thanks for the pic's, gives me an idea what I'm looking at for a BB, didn't think of making the whole front panel into one, I was gonna cut the bottom part off and go from there, this helps a lot. Thanks again, Paul
