Good start to a fantastic looking truck!
Forgive me if this sounds dumb......but how did you spline the ends to fit into the diff or did you slide this over the existing rod? (i am no machinest)

![]() I just kept the original shafts, drilled my additional length 0.2 mm less than the external diameter of the splines and "forced" them gently over the existing splines. I used the lathe as a press to maintain everything centered and avoid any bending. Not sure my explanation is clear, so I can take a picture if needed..... |
