I agree that you did a very good job on the lights (and on the grill...) , they look very realistics. Will you use them for the finished product or it's only a try in this material (acrylic)? Does it present some benefits opposed to styrene?
I'm very interested by these lights, it should be a great add-on for my own KH/Peterbilt too . I can't wait to see the final touch!

No I sure don't.....this grill was an experiment for another truck.
I was going to use aluminum for the louvers,but never got around to it.

The final product will be aluminum.......I just happen to have some acrylic blocks laying around.

I have to find a place to buy small blocks of aluminum so I can really get down to business.

I was doing a little more playing around,and think I have the size about right
